Charities Information

The best way to support UnGraven Image's mission to change the way we see the world one painting at a time is to to collect the art. It is also an excellent investment and one that will bring the beauty of the Words of the Lord into homes, offices, hospitals, schools, etc. Display it anywhere you'd like to see an "open" Bible. The Lord promises His word will not return void.

Collecting fine art from Judy Rey's UnGraven Image is a blessing for the collectors, for those who see the art but we'd like to see that it the blessing extends further. So we ask collectors to indicate what charities from a selected list, that we should give monies toward, twice during the online check-out process. We've preselected charities that we can support, and you should be able to find one to support in each of the two categories. In each case the least we allocate is 10% of the sale's pre-tax price.

Usually these are for different causes. The exceptions occur where fine art is involved, such as in relation to the Vatican, Yeshiva University and the American Museum of the Bible. Opportunity to allocate funds to these types of institutions occur twice as we are raising funds to donate original works of art to these institutions.

All of the groups on this current page support the right of other beliefs, such as Jews, Christians and Muslims (in historical order). etc., to exist. In America, they support the right to freedom of religion. In relation to non-religious charities, such as Southampton's Food Pantry, which is ecumenically supported, there is no discrimination in relation to those who are assisted.

There is an order from the Lord in the first five books of the Original Testament, also known as the Torah or Pentateuch, to treat the stranger abiding in one's midst fairly and with the same rights as one enjoys. This is later echoed by Hillel and Jesus with the entreaty to love thy neighbor as oneself. You can count on these diverse groups to do that.

If you belong to, or support such a group, please let them know about us and if they will agreee to the concepts of freedom of religion and loving neighbors as one's self, then we are eager to include them here, too. Please email us about your group so that we may contact them about receiving donations from UnGraven Image.
